Udaipur : Death of an under trail prisoner in Sagwara sub jail in Dungarpur district created slight tension between the jail authorities and the deceased’s family. KanhaiyaLal resident of Bhudhar village in Udaipur was in Sagwara jail in connection to a chain snatching case since April 10. His health failed and was hospitalized after he vomited blood on May 5. However he died in the hospital on Tuesday morning. The Kotwali police shifted his body to mortuary while his family refused to agree that it had been a natural death. They claimed it to be a murder and demanded a probe in the case in a letter to the IG, Udaipur.
