New York/Mumbai, April 24, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): TIME has announced the launch of ‘TIME100 Next India’ in collaboration with Reliance Industries, marking the platform’s first international expansion.

The initiative will recognise 100 emerging leaders from India and the Indian diaspora who are shaping the country’s future across fields such as art, science, business, sports and social sectors. The announcement was made at the TIME100 Gala in New York by TIME CEO Jessica Sibley and Nita Mukesh Ambani, Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation.
The ‘TIME100 Next India’ list will be curated by TIME’s editors and released online. It will be celebrated with a dedicated gala event scheduled for December 2026 at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai.
Speaking on the partnership, Nita Ambani said the collaboration aims to bring global platforms to India while showcasing Indian talent to the world. Jessica Sibley said the initiative reflects TIME’s commitment to identifying and bringing together the next generation of leaders.
According to TIME, the ‘TIME100 Next’ platform is known for highlighting individuals who are expected to shape the decades ahead. The India edition marks the first international extension of this global initiative. Further details regarding the inaugural list and gala are expected to be announced in the coming months.
