Udaipur, April 24 (Udaipur Kiran): A major step has been taken towards setting up a CGHS Wellness Centre in Udaipur, as the Union Health Ministry has approved key staff positions for the proposed facility.

Member of Parliament Dr Mannalal Rawat said the approval came following his request, and expressed gratitude to Union Health Minister J P Nadda. He has also urged the ministry to expedite the operationalisation of the centre.
According to Dr Rawat, the sanctioned posts include one Medical Officer, one Nursing Officer, one Pharmacist and one Junior Health Administrative Assistant (JHAA). The minister has also issued necessary directions regarding the functioning of the new CGHS facility and staffing structure.

Dr Rawat has written to the Union Health Minister, requesting that instructions be issued to the Additional Director of CGHS, Jaipur, to ensure that the proposed centre in Udaipur becomes operational at the earliest.
