Tragic Accident Claims Lives of Three Friends in Rajasthan
Udaipur, November 2: A tragic road accident occurred on National Highway-56 near Lasodia Padi in Banswara district, resulting in the deaths of three friends. The incident took place on Friday night when the victims were standing by the roadside, engaged in conversation. A speeding truck coming from the direction of Bhil Kuan struck them, leading to severe injuries. Despite being rushed to the hospital with the help of passersby, all three were pronounced dead upon arrival.
Among the deceased was 21-year-old Dhanpal, the only brother of eight sisters, whose death has left his family devastated. Dhanpal was seen as a pillar of support for his sisters, and his sudden loss has plunged the household into mourning. The other victims were identified as 25-year-old Sunil and 21-year-old Ankit.
According to ASI Amar Singh, a report was filed by Pradeep, a local resident, detailing the events leading up to the accident. The three friends had stopped to chat after seeing Sunil standing by the road when the truck collided with them.
The police have seized the truck involved in the accident and have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash. The loss of three young lives has cast a shadow of grief over Lasodia Padi and the surrounding villages.
