Mumbai, January 8 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Shalibhadra Finance were trading higher on the BSE on Wednesday, supported by the company’s announcement of a new branch opening in Madhya Pradesh.

The stock was trading at ₹104.00, up ₹1.55 or 1.51 per cent from its previous close of ₹102.45. The scrip opened at ₹103.50 and moved between an intraday high of ₹106.80 and a low of ₹102.00. A total of 1,524 shares were traded during the session.
The BSE Group ‘X’ stock, with a face value of ₹10, has touched a 52-week high of ₹178.10 on February 1, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹98.00 on December 16, 2025. Over the past one week, the stock has traded in the range of ₹100.45 to ₹106.80. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at ₹321.24 crore.
Promoters hold a 56.24 per cent stake in the company, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors own 2.47 per cent and 41.29 per cent respectively.
Shalibhadra Finance has opened a new branch in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, strengthening its geographical presence and improving customer accessibility. Madhya Pradesh has emerged as a key focus state for the company, and the Narmadapuram branch marks the start of deeper expansion in the region. This is the company’s ninth branch in the state, taking its total branch network to 58.
The new branch will initially focus on two-wheeler financing, in line with the company’s strategy to promote economic participation in rural areas through mobility-driven financing solutions. This will complement its existing portfolio of secured and purpose-based loan products for self-employed individuals, small businesses, and salaried customers.
