New Delhi, December 22 (Udaipur Kiran) – The stock market continued its upward trend on Monday, marking the second consecutive session of gains. The BSE Sensex rose by 638.12 points, while the NSE Nifty closed above the 26,000 level.
The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex increased by 0.75 percent to close at 85,567.48 points. During the trading session, the Sensex touched a high of 671.97 points. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) Nifty climbed 206 points or 0.79 percent to settle at 26,172.40.
