Mumbai, August 10, 2026: Shares of Titan Company Ltd rose more than 2% on Monday, reaching a fresh 52-week high following the company’s first-quarter results announced last week.
Titan shares opened at ₹4,977.20 on the BSE and climbed to ₹5,033.90 during the day’s trading session, marking the company’s new 52-week high. The stock’s 52-week low stands at ₹3,307.35.

Titan Reports 62.87% Rise in Net Profit
Titan reported a net profit of ₹1,777 crore in the first quarter of financial year 2026-27, marking a 62.87% year-on-year increase.
The company’s sales during the quarter increased 40.31% year-on-year to ₹20,787 crore, compared with ₹14,814 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Total expenses during the June quarter increased 26% year-on-year to ₹19,075 crore.
Jewellery Business Drives Growth
The jewellery business, which accounts for around 90% of Titan’s overall business, reported a 29.73% increase in income during the April-June quarter to ₹19,002 crore. It stood at ₹14,647 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
Titan’s total consolidated income also increased 29.3% to ₹21,502 crore during the quarter.
Rekha Jhunjhunwala Holds 5.3% Stake
Rekha Jhunjhunwala holds a 5.3% stake in Titan Company Ltd. Promoters hold a 52.90% stake, while FIIs hold 15.4% in the company.
Brokerages Remain Bullish on Titan
Brokerage firm Motilal Oswal has assigned a BUY rating to Titan and set a target price of ₹6,000 per share. SBI Securities has set a target price of ₹5,340 for the stock.

Titan shares have gained 11% over the past three months. Over the past one year, the stock has risen 44.73%, while the Sensex has declined 1.66% during the same period.
The stock has gained 50% over the past two years. Investors who have held Titan shares for 10 years have received a return of 1,136% so far.
