The organization is looking to fill six permanent positions for Senior Deputy General Managers in the E-VIA grade across New Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Mumbai, and Karwar. These roles are aimed at retired or currently serving defense officers who can be absorbed immediately or re-employed.
The vacancies include four positions for Senior Deputy General Manager (E-VIA grade) from the Navy, one from the Army, and one from the Air Force, all based in New Delhi, with additional postings in Visakhapatnam, Mumbai, and Karwar.

Applicants must possess a BE/BTech degree from a recognized institution or university. The minimum age requirement is 20 years, while the maximum age limit is set at 52 years for General category candidates and 55 years for OBC candidates, calculated as of September 1, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will receive the appropriate age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection will be based on screening, shortlisting of applicants, interviews, and the final merit list. Selected candidates can expect a monthly salary ranging from ₹90,000 to ₹2,40,000, along with additional benefits and allowances.
