Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra may not be just a duck. After months of rumors that a third foldable smartphone could be unveiled at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event later this year, a new report claims that the smartphone is likely to launch. But there’s a twist.
Apparently the Ultra Folding will only be released in South Korea and not in other regions. On the bright side, the tech giant is reportedly launching two new smartwatches: the Galaxy Watch Ultra and the Galaxy Watch FE.

The information about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra comes from a report from Android Authority, which claims to have found the model number of the smartphone in its database.
It shows that the Korean tech giant is developing a new foldable smartphone with model number SM-F958N, which corresponds to the Ultra variant.
The logic behind this is that Samsung only uses the number 8 at the end of the model number for devices called Ultra.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra model number is apparently SM-S928x, while the Galaxy S24 model number is SM-S921x. This pattern remained consistent over the past year.
Additionally, the report claims that only one model number of the smartphone has been found, indicating limited availability.
The letter N in the model number is intended to indicate the Korean region and accordingly, the publication states that the Fold 6 Ultra may not be available in other regions.
In another report, Android Authority also claimed that Samsung may launch the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch FE soon. If this report is to be believed, these two smartwatches will replace the two current smartwatches Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic.
These are said to be part of the Watch 7 series, with the Classic version being discontinued and the FE and Ultra versions coming.
The report reveals three model numbers for the Watch Ultra: SM-L705U, SM-L705N and SM-L705F. N, U and F stand for Korea, USA and Global and indicate that the smartwatch is available everywhere.
Likewise, three model numbers have been reported for the Watch FE variants SM-R866F, SM-R866U and SM-R866N.
The report did not mention the release date of this smartwatch, but considering the Watch Series 6 was launched in August 2023, it is possible that the Watch Series 7 will be announced at the next Galaxy Unpacked event. According to reports, this ceremony will take place in July.
