Patna, April 12 : The Rashtriy Janata Dal (RJD) got a major jolt on Tuesday when Ajit Singh, son of RJD State president Jagadanand Singh joined Janata Dal (U). Ajit Singh took the membership of the JD(U) in presence of its national president Rajiv Ranjan alias Lalan Singh, MP in a function organised in the Party office. On this occasion Ajit Singh labelled serious allegations upon RJD and told news persons that the tickets were sold in the party during elections . The RJD has turned to be graveyard of committed party workers who do not get due respect within the party, said Ajit Singh alleging that his father Jagadanand Singh and late Raghuvansh Prasad Singh were also ignored in the party. On this occasion Ajit Singh praised Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar saying that the Nitish model of governance was the best in the country. He said that it was only JD(U) where people of any caste and religion get equal opport ty. Ajit Singh said that, inspired by the Nitish model of JD(U) he joined the party and maintained that his decision would not affect his family as his father Jagadanand Singh has given free hand to his children to decide there Political career.
