Hyderabad, April 12 : Special Sessions Court for MLA and MP cases here has posted the judgement in the hate speech cases against AIMIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi to Wednesday. Akbaruddin, the younger brother of All India Majils-e-Ittehadul-Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief and Hyderabad MP, Asaduddin Owaisi, was booked under relevant sections of the IPC for making a “hate” speech wherein he allegedly used inflammatory and derogatory language against a comm ty at a public meeting at Nirmal town in December 2012. Akbaruddin Owaisi, floor leader of AIMIM in the Telangana Legislative Assembly, was earlier arrested and released on bail. More than 30 witnesses have been examined in the cases. The court concluded the trial a week ago. Akbaruddin, who was examined in the court, denied the allegations made against him. Several policemen, including a Telangana cadre officer Amber Kishore Jha, who is presently on a deputation in Ghaziabad, have also deposed in support of the prosecution. KNR CS1621
