New Delhi, October 14 (Udaipur Kiran) : The Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) has announced an exciting opportunity for job seekers in New Delhi. A total of 42 positions for Senior Section Engineers have been made available, as detailed in official notifications on the organization’s website.
Among the vacancies, there are 25 posts for Senior Section Engineer/Inspection/Electrical and 17 for Senior Section Engineer/Inspection/Mechanical, both categorized as ex-cadre and tenure-based roles.
Candidates interested in applying can do so via email or post, with the application deadline set for November 9, 2026. To be eligible, applicants must possess a B.Tech degree or equivalent, a diploma, or a B.Sc. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of five years of service experience in the relevant department (Electrical/Mechanical) within the zonal railway or production unit, holding a Senior Section Engineer position (cadre post) at pay level 7.
Selection will be conducted by a screening committee based on the applications received. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary at pay level 7 and will be appointed for a tenure of four years, subject to administrative needs.
