Exam Scheduled for February 2, Over 2000 Exam Centers Set Up Across Rajasthan
Jaipur, January 30 : The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the admit cards for the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) Prelims 2024. Aspirants can now download their hall tickets from the official website and the SSO portal.
According to RPSC Secretary Ramnivas Mehta, the RAS Prelims 2024 will be held on February 2, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with a total of 733 vacancies—346 for State Services and 387 for Subordinate Services. The examination will be conducted at 2,048 centers across the state.
Candidates will be given an additional 10 minutes to fill in the fifth option on the OMR sheet.
How to Download RAS Prelims 2024 Admit Card?
Candidates can download their admit cards by:
📌 Visiting the official website of RPSC.
📌 Logging into the SSO portal under the Citizen Apps section and accessing the Recruitment Portal link.
📌 Entering their application number and date of birth to download the hall ticket.
📌 Checking their allocated exam center details through the SSO portal.
Strict Security Measures & Exam Guidelines
📌 Over 2,000 exam centers have been set up across divisional and district headquarters for smooth conduct of the examination.
📌 Candidates will NOT be allowed to carry the following items inside the exam hall:
- Watches, socks, sunglasses, belts, handbags, hairpins, amulets, caps, hats, scarves, and mufflers.
📌 Enhanced security protocols include:
- Full frisking using Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD) and Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD).
- Biometric verification, including thumb impressions and handwriting samples on the admit card.
- Deployment of two videographers at every examination center for surveillance.
📌 Candidates must carry the following documents for verification:
- Printed Admit Card (with clear photograph).
- Original Aadhaar Card or any other government-issued ID.
- Entry verification form for final validation.
📌 No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam center before the scheduled end time.
High-Level Security & Monitoring for Exam Integrity
To ensure strict exam security, RPSC has sent official directives to Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant and DGP Utkal Ranjan Sahu. A video conference (VC) with all District Collectors and Superintendents of Police (SPs) will be held to discuss:

✔ Adequate police deployment at exam centers
✔ Mandatory metal detector checks
✔ Guidelines for invigilators and examination staff
