Jaipur, August 6 (Udaipur Kiran): The court has rejected the bail of the accused in the paper leak of the Second Grade Teacher Recruitment Examination 2022, conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.
Additional Director General of Police, ATS and SOG, VK Singh informed that in connection with the FIR No. 227/2022 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 482, 120-B of the IPC and sections 3, 6, 9, 10 of the Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment Examinations) Act, 2022, registered at Bakaria Police Station, Udaipur district, regarding the Second Grade Teacher Recruitment Examination 2022 conducted by RPSC in December 2022, Gamaram Khilleri (Patwari), Ram Gopal Meena, Praveen Kumar Sultania, Gopal Singh, Vijayraj, and Rajiv Bishnoi, who were arrested, had filed bail petitions in the Jodhpur High Court. The court, after hearing the petition, has rejected their bail petitions. Among these, Gamaram and Rajiv have also been arrested in the Sub-Inspector and Platoon Commander recruitment examination 2021, and Gamaram was previously arrested in the Junior Accountant Examination 2015 in Gogunda, Kankroli, Mansarovar and SOG.
Singh informed that the rejection of the bail of the accused lodged in jail will dampen their morale and will strengthen the efforts being made by the SOG against the paper leak mafia. The investigation of this case is being conducted by Additional Superintendent of Police Jaipur, Prakash Kumar Sharma.
