Rail Vikas Nigam trades higher on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Rail Vikas Nigam is currently trading at Rs. 124.80, up by 0.30 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 124.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 125.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 125.55 and Rs. 124.60 respectively. So far 460841 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 146.65 on 24-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 30.55 on 23-Aug-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 126.75 and Rs. 122.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 26021.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.51% and 14.29% respectively.

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company in the name of Masakani Paradeep Road Vikas. Earlier, the company had received Letter of Award (LOA) for two Packages 16 and 17 of Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitran (MPPKVVCL), Jabalpur Company Area.
