Oppo K12x 5G is coming to India soon. The company announced the launch date of the smartphone and also revealed key features of the upcoming device including design, color scheme, display and battery details. It is worth noting that the Chinese version of the Oppo K12x 5G was unveiled earlier this year. The design of the Indian version seems to be slightly different from the Chinese version. The Oppo K12x 5G could launch in India as a rebranded version of the OnePlus Nord CE 4.

Introduction, design and color options of Oppo K12x 5G

The Oppo K12x 5G will launch in India on July 29, the company confirmed in a press release. The phone has a similar design to the OnePlus Nord CE 4, suggesting that it could be a rebranding of the model.

The dual rear camera unit of the upcoming Oppo K12x 5G will be housed in a vertical tablet-shaped module alongside a circular LED flash unit. Above the display there is a cutout for the front camera in the middle, while the volume rocker and the power button are on the right edge.

Features of the Oppo K12x 5G

The Oppo K12x 5G is confirmed to feature a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will also support Splash Touch technology, which will supposedly make it possible to use the phone even with wet hands. Particle for direct object

Oppo also revealed that the K12x 5G is 7.68mm thick and weighs 186g. This phone features an IP54 standard structure that is dust and splash proof. It also features double Panda glass protection and MIL-STD-810H certification. Particle for direct object

The Oppo K12x 5G comes with the company’s AI Linkboost technology and supports dual-display video functionality. The latter allows users to record videos simultaneously with the front and rear cameras. The phone is also confirmed to have a 5100mAh battery that supports 45W SuperVOOC charging.
