YouTube is the largest video streaming platform in the world. Every day millions of people use this platform for various purposes. YouTube’s Shorts section allows users to create short videos and is popular with people of all ages. To improve user experience, YouTube is introducing several new features for Shorts videos.
These new features are intended to help creators create videos. The most important additional function is the ability to automatically trim the video. This means that creators will soon have the ability to automatically crop their videos to fit the frame.
In addition to the auto-crop feature, YouTube is also introducing “Add You” stickers that encourage others to share their content related to creators’ videos.
Learn more about the new YouTube Shorts features.
1. Auto Crop Video: Users no longer need to manually edit 60 seconds of video as the auto crop feature will automatically fit the video to the frame.
2. Add Captions Easily: YouTube Shorts includes text-to-speech narration, allowing creators to add narration to their videos without recording audio. This feature is particularly useful for people who don’t want to use their own voice or create videos in another language.
3. Remix Tools: Another addition to the platform allows users to remix existing remixes in addition to creating remixes from other long and short videos. This development gives developers more flexibility to create engaging content.
Additionally, users can look forward to new Minecraft effects such as Minecraft Spring and Minecraft Rush.
Meanwhile, YouTube recently updated its privacy policy. The new changes allow users to request the removal of AI-generated content. The new privacy policy allows users to create or modify content using artificial intelligence to label videos that look or sound like them. YouTube considers several factors before deciding whether to remove content.
These factors include whether the content has been modified or inserted (and thus published), whether the people in the content are easily identifiable or real, and whether the content is a parody or could be considered a joke.
