Udaipur, April 28 (Udaipur Kiran): Additional Superintendent of Police of the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), Swati Sharma, inaugurated a free surgical camp for 101 specially-abled individuals at Seva Teerth of Narayan Seva Sansthan on Tuesday.
On the occasion, Swati Sharma reviewed the various free services being provided by the institution for specially-abled persons. She inspected the Prosthetics and Orthotics (P&O) workshop, mobile and computer training centre, and other service projects. She also interacted with patients and understood their challenges and life struggles.
Addressing the gathering, Swati Sharma said she was deeply moved by the service work and compassion demonstrated by the institution. She added that the determination and inner strength of specially-abled individuals were a great source of inspiration.
Institution President Prashant Agarwal informed that the chief guest was honoured in a traditional manner with a shawl, turban, and a memento. Public Relations Head Bhagwan Prasad Gaur, Vishnu Sharma Hitaishi, and Mahim Jain welcomed her and briefed her about the institution’s future plans.
Dr Manas Ranjan Sahu, senior unit head Anil Acharya, Rakesh Sharma, and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
