JM Financial Mutual Fund files offers document for Singapore REIT FOF

JM Financial Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended target maturity index fund named ‘JM Singapore REIT FOF’. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10.

Entry load will be nil and Exit load for redemption/switch – outs (including SIP) within 365 days from the date of allotment of units, irrespective of the amount of investment -1%; For redemption/switch – outs (including SIP) after 365 days from the date of allotment of units, irrespective of the amount of investment -NIL. The Scheme offers growth and dividend options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked with Bloomberg Ticker: SGREITTR Index (as computed in US Dollars). The minimum application amount is Rs 50000 and any amount thereafter.
