Puducherry, April 13 : Department of Nursing Services, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) organized a one-day workshop cum hands-on training programme for nurses on “Promoting Technology Based – Learning in Critical Care” on Tuesday. According to a Jipmer release here on Wednesday, its Director Dr. Rakesh Aggarwal, in the presence of Dr. L. N. Dorairajan, Medical Superintendent and Dr. Pankaj Kundra, Dean (Academic) among others, inaugurated the workshop. In order to disseminate knowledge on critical care nursing, lectures were given by eminent personalities from the department of Anaesthesiology & Critical Care and Nursing Services. Nurses were given training to take care of critically ill-patients using advanced technology in the medical field. The programme was attended by nurses working in critical care areas. PAB CS1204
