Mumbai, 3 September (Kiran News): Apple is all set to unveil its latest iPhone 17 series at its highly anticipated launch event on September 9. This year, Apple is expected to introduce a new iPhone 17 Air model, likely replacing the ‘Plus’ variant, alongside the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. All models are set to receive major upgrades, but questions remain over possible price hikes.

According to a recent JPMorgan report, Apple is unlikely to increase prices for most iPhone 17 series models this year. The report indicates that only the iPhone 17 Pro might see a price increase, mainly due to a bump in base storage.
Expected Pricing for iPhone 17 Series in India:
-
iPhone 17: The base model is expected to launch at Rs. 79,990 for the 128GB variant, with no price hike anticipated.
-
iPhone 17 Air: The new ultra-thin variant may cost around Rs. 89,990, similar to the iPhone 16 Plus. If a price hike occurs, it may be priced at approximately Rs. 95,000.
-
iPhone 17 Pro: The Pro model could see a $100 price increase, with the base 256GB variant likely to cost around Rs. 1,25,000 in India.
-
iPhone 17 Pro Max: The flagship model is expected to start at Rs. 1,44,990 for the 256GB version, with no significant change projected.
Apple will officially announce the iPhone 17 series prices in various markets in just six days. Pre-orders for the new-generation models are expected to begin on September 12, and the iOS 26 update is likely to start rolling out from September 15, making September a big month for Apple fans.
