Infinix Smart 8 Price, Availability in India
The Infinix Smart 8 is available in a single RAM + 4GB + 64GB storage configuration and is priced at Rs 7,499 in India. Available at a special introductory price of Rs. 6,749 from January 15 on Flipkart. The phone is available in four colors: Galaxy White, Rainbow Blue, Shiny Gold and Timber Black.

The Infinix Smart 8 sports a 6.6-inch HD+ (1612 x 720 pixels) IPS display with up to 90Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The 12nm octa-core MediaTek Helio G36 chipset has up to 8GB of expandable RAM and up to 2TB of internal storage via microSD card. It comes with XOS 13 operating system based on Android 13 Go version.
In terms of optics, the Infinix Smart 8 has a 50-megapixel primary sensor on the back with an unspecified AI lens and a quad-LED ring flash. The front camera has an 8-megapixel sensor with LED flash. The phone has a Magic Ring feature similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island that displays the user’s notifications, alarms, battery status, etc. A magic ring appears around the cutout for the front camera.
Infinix has packed a 5,000 mAh battery into the Smart 8. The phone offers dual 4G connectivity, Nano SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS and USB Type-C. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. It weighs 189 grams and measures 163.6 x 75.6 x 8.5 mm.
