Indian Hotels Company eyeing to sell around 10 properties: Report

Indian Hotels Company is reportedly eyeing to sell around 10 properties in the coming three years, in a bid to bring down its debt and fund its future growth. The company is aiming to cut down its consolidated debt by 30% in the next 18 months, mainly through asset monetization.

Indian Hotels Company and its subsidiaries are collectively known as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and recognized as one of Asia’s largest and finest hotel company. It operates in the luxury, premium, mid-market and value segments of the market.
