New Delhi: Students at IIT Delhi have achieved remarkable success in the ongoing placement season for the academic year 2024-25, securing over 1,200 job offers, including pre-placement offers (PPOs). Approximately 1,150 students have been uniquely selected, reflecting the high demand for talent from the institution.
Among these offers, students have received 50+ international opportunities from 15+ prestigious organizations across global regions such as Japan, Netherlands, South Korea, Taiwan, UAE, United Kingdom, and the United States. Companies like Google, Oracle, and American Express have been key contributors to the stellar placement performance.

Placement Highlights
While IIT Delhi has opted not to disclose details of high-value packages, it reported an impressive list of recruiters offering multiple placements. Organizations with double-digit offers include:
- Tech Giants: Google, Oracle, Microsoft, Intel India, Qualcomm.
- Financial Leaders: American Express, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Squarepoint Capital.
- Global Firms: Texas Instruments, Deutsche India Pvt Ltd, Graviton Research Capital.
- Others: BlueStone Jewellery, Meesho, OLA, PayU, Quadeye, Shiprocket, Trident Group.
The placement process caters to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, with efforts to expand the variety of companies and job profiles available.

Prof. Naresh Varma Datla, Professor-in-Charge of the Office of Career Services (OCS), expressed optimism about the ongoing placement season. “IIT Delhi had a very good start and has been doing very well so far. We believe that a similar trend will continue in the upcoming days.
