Haryana, a state in India, has seen significant changes in its government job recruitment process over the past decade. The BJP has been in power for 10 years, and during this time, the government has made many changes, including in the way it hires people for government jobs.
Before the BJP came to power, there was a common belief that getting a government job in Haryana required connections or money. People used to say that only those with recommendation letters or who were willing to pay bribes could get jobs.
However, this system has changed drastically in the last ten years. When the BJP government took over in 2014, they took steps to make the recruitment process more transparent. The government has completely eliminated the practice of giving jobs based on favoritism or bribery. Now, jobs are awarded based on merit alone.
As a result, over 140,000 young people have gotten government jobs in Haryana based on their qualifications. The government is also in the process of creating over 50,000 more jobs.
Comparing the data, it’s clear that the BJP government has doubled the number of government jobs created compared to the previous decade. Even in 2024, over 33,000 jobs have been filled without any favoritism.
The government has ensured that even the poorest people in Haryana can get government jobs. This is a significant change from the past when only those with connections could get jobs.
The recruitment process for Group C and D jobs is also transparent. Young people are getting jobs based on their hard work and qualifications. The government is committed to ensuring that everyone has a fair chance at getting a government job.
The Haryana government has made the recruitment process even more efficient under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. The Chief Minister personally oversees the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and fairness.
