The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 60.00 on 10-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 28.96 on 30-Mar-2026.

Panorama Studios International has executed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Sony Pictures Networks Entertainment. The LOI is for acquisition of non linear and/or on demand transmission via Sony LIV and any other OTT platform on which Sony LIV is distributed for the Malayalam language film titled ‘Unmadam’.
Additionally, the company’s subsidiary — Panorama Studios Inflight LLP has executed an agreement with Lens Vault Studios to exploit the Airborne Rights (on an exclusive basis) for the entire world including India of the short film titled ‘Happy Birthday Joshi’ starring Adittya Kappadia, Vatsal Sheth, Sparsh Banerjee, Deepen Ingale and others and directed by Anshul Kumar Sharma.
