Udaipur, May 13 (Udaipur Kiran) — Hindustan Zinc Limited inaugurated a newly constructed toilet unit at Government Senior Secondary School Matun with the aim of ensuring safe sanitation facilities for students and promoting a healthy school environment.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Rural MLA Phool Singh Meena said the development works being carried out by Hindustan Zinc in nearby operational areas are commendable and will benefit both the community and students. He stated that the company has prioritised better health and hygiene by constructing the toilet facility at the school.
He added that the initiative aims to strengthen sanitation infrastructure within the school campus and provide students with safe and clean toilet facilities, which will help improve health standards and create a dignified educational environment.
During the programme, CBEO Girwa Block Durgesh Menaria, school principal Satish Vyas, deputy administrator Ganesh Dangi, along with guests Kamlesh Sharma, Himmat Singh, Nazar Singh Devda, Onhar Singh, Motilal Vyas and Ganesh Vyas were present along with the CSR team of Zinc Smelter Debari.
The guests appreciated the development works being undertaken by Hindustan Zinc under its CSR initiatives. Representatives of the local community and the school also participated enthusiastically in the event, reflecting a collective commitment towards the welfare and overall development of children.
