Panaji, April 17 : Devotees thronged churches on the occasion of Easter which is being celebrated with faith and enthusiasm across Goa today. Easter vigil was held outside the Immaculate Conception Church in the capital city. The devotees also took part in mass and prayer sessions held in other churches across the state. Goa Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao, among others, have extended greetings to the people, particularly the Christian brethren, on the eve of Easter.
