Dodla Dairy rises on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Dodla Dairy is currently trading at Rs. 491.30, up by 4.80 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 486.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 492.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 492.70 and Rs. 486.65 respectively. So far 24 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 614.90 on 27-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 385.00 on 24-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 498.30 and Rs. 473.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2894.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.21%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.46% and 10.34% respectively.

Dodla Dairy has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ‘Country Delight Dairy’ in Kenya on November 22, 2022 to carry on production, processing of milk, milk products and distribution of dairy and other products.

Dodla Dairy is involved in is procuring, processing and Marketing of Milk and Milk Products. The company has created integrated Cold Chain facilities from producer to consumer to ensure Farm Fresh Milk at their door steps.
