Axis Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.
The bank has reported rise of 70.10% in its net profit at Rs 5329.77 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 3133.32 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 20.09% to Rs 24180.08 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 20134.39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported rise of 66.29% in its net profit at Rs 5625.25 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3382.78 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 20.47% to Rs 25258.80 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 20966.61 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
