The stock was quoted at ₹180.90 on the BSE, up by ₹1.60 or 0.89% from its previous close of ₹179.30. The scrip opened at ₹184.95 and touched an intraday high of ₹184.95 and a low of ₹180.05. A total of 2,568 shares were traded on the counter.
The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at ₹466.21 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹197.00 recorded on August 21, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹42.01 on October 28, 2024. Over the last week, it has traded between ₹192.00 and ₹177.00.
Promoters hold 33.56% in the company, while institutional investors own 0.08% and non-institutional investors 66.36%.
According to the company, the new division will provide management, technical, and industry-specific services. With over three decades of expertise in the textile sector, Aarvee Denims & Exports aims to leverage its experience to deliver specialised advisory solutions to businesses.
