The event is being organized jointly by the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (Rajeevika), the Rural Development Department, Government of Rajasthan, and the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. Experts, policymakers, entrepreneurs, women from self-help groups (SHGs), and representatives from across Indian states and Union Territories will participate.

Anil Kumar, Additional Secretary; and Sreya Guha, Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development, Rajasthan.
Senior officials from all states, including State Mission Directors and CEOs of livelihood missions, will also attend. A digital platform launch and the unveiling of a compendium based on the ‘Lakhpati Didi’ initiative, highlighting women’s empowerment success stories, are key highlights.
Sessions on “Transforming the Rural Economy through Livestock Sector” and “From Producer Collective to Business Collective” will follow. The day will conclude with a cultural evening celebrating Rajasthan’s heritage.

Day 3 – Market Linkages and Experience Sharing (November 13)
The final day will feature buyer-seller roundtables and open B2B sessions, allowing direct interactions between producers and buyers to discuss marketing strategies and business collaborations. Participants will also embark on field visits to Jhadol, Rishabhdev, Rajsamand, and Dungarpur to witness rural livelihood models in action and experience Rajasthan’s local culture.
Conference Objective
The national conference aims to strengthen agriculture and livestock-based entrepreneurship, empower rural women economically, and promote sustainable, business-oriented rural enterprises.
