Tata Steel’s Industrial By-Products Management Division (IBMD) has organized a ground breaking ceremony of its Processing and Sales Yard at Marine Drive on November 25, 2019. A sapling plantation ceremony also took place at the ground breaking venue to mark the occasion.
A unique feature of the Yard is that it has been layered with Paver Blocks that have been manufactured using Tata Steel branded LD Slag products, i.e. Tata Aggreto & Tata Nirman.
