Udaipur : Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, the state government is making every effort to empower and support farmers in the state. Along with schemes like the Chief Minister Kisan Samman, which provides an additional Rs. 2000 to farmers on the lines of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, and the distribution of mini-kits, the state government has now provided farmers with the facility of online crop inspection, reducing their dependence on the revenue department. Through the Raj Kisan Girdawari app, farmers can now conduct their own crop inspections.
The state government had announced in the budget to provide farmers with the facility of self-inspection. In implementation of this, online girdawari has been started through the ‘Raj Kisan Girdawari app’. This year, the work of Kharif Girdawari 2081 (year 2024) has started from August 15. For this, farmers can first download the ‘Raj Kisan Girdawari app’ from the Google Play Store on their mobile and login with their Aadhaar to do e-girdawari.
How to do e-Girdawari:
Download the Raj Kisan Girdawari app and log in to the app with your Aadhaar. You will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar, and after verification, the app will be logged in. After that, click on “Add Crop Details”, then there will be an option for the khata linked to Aadhaar on the top side and an option to search for the khata on the other side. By clicking on search khata from these two options, a simple page will open. In that, the farmer will have to select his district, tehsil, and village and move forward.
After that, you have to click on calibrate by marking your field’s khata number. After calibration, select the girdawari season and crop and enter the area of the khata in hectares.
After that, you have to upload a clear photo of the crop sown in the field-khata, indicating whether the crop is irrigated or unirrigated and the source of irrigation, as well as the number of fruit trees, if any.
After the above process, the print preview option will appear, click there, and then the submit option will appear. By clicking on the submit option, the girdawari done by the farmer will be submitted and a registration number will be obtained.
The entire online process of girdawari must be completed while standing in the khata (field) for which the girdawari is to be done.
Points to remember:
- In case there are multiple account holders in one account, girdawari of the entire khata can be done by any one account holder.
- If there is more than one crop in one khata, girdawari of more than one crop can be submitted.
- There is no need for a selfie photo with the crop while doing girdawari.
- Even if there is no crop in the farmer’s field, submit a nil crop (no crop) girdawari so that no khata’s girdawari is pending.
- Before submitting the girdawari, carefully check all the details filled in, as once the girdawari is submitted, the farmer will not be able to make any changes to it.
