Samsung is reportedly planning to release an affordable Galaxy Watch FE smartwatch in June. The much-anticipated smartwatch is expected to be an update to the Galaxy Watch 4 launched in 2021 in 2024. Rumors about the upcoming smartwatch have been circulating on the Internet for some time.
Recently, the South Korean tech giant accidentally confirmed the Galaxy Watch FE name on its official website. Additionally, leaked images of the upcoming smartwatch have also been shared by tipsters on social media.

Samsung Galaxy Watch FE: Estimated Release Date
In a post on microblogging site X (formerly Twitter), tipster Arsen Lubin said that Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Watch FE on June 24.
The leak suggests that the Samsung Galaxy Watch FE model could be available before the July 10 event where the next generation of foldable smartphones is expected to be unveiled.

9to5Google reports that the Galaxy Watch FE will be priced at $199 (roughly Rs. 16,600). The smartwatch model will be available in a single 40mm variant and will be available in three colors – black, blue and pink – according to the report.
Like the Galaxy Watch 4, the Galaxy Watch FE is likely to be powered by Samsung’s Exynos W920 chipset, backed by 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The smartwatch may have a 1.2-inch screen with a resolution of 396 x 396 pixels. The model is expected to have IP68 water and dust resistance and may have a MIL-STD-810H compliant design.
The report also claims that the Galaxy Watch FE will likely run Samsung’s latest Wear operating system. The high-end Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 series is expected to run One UI 6 watches based on Wear OS 5.
