The three models of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series – Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra – are expected to be officially launched in January next year. Tipster on Ice Universe X “16 GB, yes!” The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to have 16GB of RAM. The tipster did not reveal the name of the phone in the post, but it is clear from the comments that it is the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

If true, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have 4GB more RAM than the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Additional RAM can improve gaming and multitasking, as well as enable new AI-powered features. All storage variants of the Galaxy S24 Ultra – 256GB, 512GB and 1TB – come with 12GB of RAM, and based on that, we can expect 16GB of RAM for the upcoming high-end flagship.

According to previous leaks, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature an asymmetrical front and back design that offers a narrower “visual bezel” compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It is expected to have a slim mid-frame. The phone is rumored to come with a quad-camera setup on the back and will retain its predecessor’s 200-megapixel main camera and 50-megapixel sensor, along with 5x optical zoom. Ultra-wide and telephoto sensors can be developed.

Samsung is expected to have the same 5,000mAh battery as its predecessor in the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
