Realme GT 6 Camera Specifications Unveiled

High-Resolution Main Sensor
In a recent press release, Realme confirmed that the GT 6 will feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 main sensor. This advanced sensor, with a size of 1/1.4-inch and an f/1.69 aperture, supports optical image stabilization (OIS) and 4K Dolby Vision video recording. This marks a significant upgrade over the Sony LYT-600 sensor found in the Realme GT 6T.
Enhanced Photography Capabilities
The Realme GT 6 will also include a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with a 47mm equivalent focal length. Realme’s in-house HyperTone Image Engine will aid in processing RAW images with AI, enhancing the overall image quality. The camera setup will support various photography and video modes such as Texture Portrait, Fast Capture, Night Mode, Star Mode, and Street Mode. These features are designed to deliver exceptional image quality for portraits, landscapes, and low-light scenes.
Launch Details and Additional Features
The Realme GT 6 is set to launch in India and select global markets on June 20 at 1:30 PM IST. It will be available for purchase in India via Flipkart. The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, which is expected to support a 120Hz refresh rate for gaming. Additionally, the device will feature a 10,014mm² dual VC cooling system for efficient thermal management.
Earlier this week, Realme confirmed that the GT 6 will come with a 5,500mAh battery and 120W SuperVOOC charging support. This fast charging technology is claimed to charge the dual-cell battery from zero to 100 percent in just 28 minutes.
