Piramal Enterprises gets nod to raise funds through NCDs

Piramal Enterprises has received an approval to issue privately placed secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 500 crore with an option to retain over-subscription of up to Rs 500 crore, aggregating the total issue size to Rs 1000 crore in two series. The Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on November 21, 2018, approved the same.

These NCDs are proposed to be listed on Wholesale Debt Market segment of NSE.

Piramal Enterprises is one of India’s large diversified companies, with a presence in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare Information Management and Financial Services.
