The OnePlus Pad 2 will be launched globally on July 16 at OnePlus’ summer launch event in Milan, Italy. This tablet will launch alongside the OnePlus Nord 4, Watch 2R and Nord Buds 3 Pro. It is said that the global version of the OnePlus Pad 2 could be a modified version of the OnePlus Pad Pro that was launched in China in June this year. According to an X post by Ishaan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24), the OnePlus Pad 2 will feature a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 3000 x 2120 pixels, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a maximum brightness level. 900 Nits also plans to support Dolby Vision.
The leaker claimed that the OnePlus Pad 2 is likely to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The tablet is available in two RAM and storage configurations: 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. It also appears to have 6 speakers.
The OnePlus Pad 2 is also expected to feature a 9,500mAh battery with support for 67W SuperVOOC wired charging. As for the optics, the rear camera is expected to have a 13-megapixel sensor while the front camera has an 8-megapixel sensor.
