Udaipur, October 7 (Udaipur Kiran): Nissan Motor India has officially revealed the name and first look of its upcoming C-segment SUV — the All-New Nissan Tekton. Scheduled for a full unveiling and launch in 2026, the Tekton represents Nissan’s latest global SUV innovation under its ‘One Car, One World’ strategy.
The name ‘Tekton’, derived from Greek, means ‘craftsman’ or ‘architect’, reflecting Nissan’s commitment to precision engineering, innovation, and premium craftsmanship. The model is designed for individuals who are “shaping their world” — through their careers, passions, and lifestyles.
Built in collaboration with Renault at the Chennai plant, the Tekton will be produced for both Indian buyers and select global markets. Positioned as a powerful, premium C-SUV, the Tekton aims to redefine segment benchmarks with bold design, strong performance, and advanced engineering.
