The camp was organised by the Embassy of India on Saturday to celebrate International Yoga Day.First time a Yoga Camp was held at 12,500 feet above the sea level at famous Muktinath temple.
A large number of local people and monks enthusiastically participated in the camp.
Tourists and pilgrims from Nepal and India also attended the Yoga camp.
The United Nations General Assembly had unanimously declared 21st June as International Day for Yoga in 2015. Since then Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21 every year across the globe. A number of programmes are being organised in Nepal to mark the occasion.
