Residents of Bhopal are advised to plan ahead, as the city is set to experience scheduled power outages in more than 45 areas today, Friday, due to electricity maintenance and upgradation work. The power cuts will range from 30 minutes to as long as 7 hours, depending on the locality.
According to officials, the maintenance work by the city’s power distribution company aims to enhance supply reliability, but it will impact power availability across several key urban and suburban neighborhoods.
Areas Affected by Power Cuts in Bhopal Today
Among the impacted zones are some of Bhopal’s busiest and most populated areas like Danish Kunj, Maxxi, Bhanpur, Bagmugalia Extension, Semra, Barrai, and more. Here is the detailed schedule:
