(KFL) traded marginally higher on Monday after the company announced that it has taken possession of an industrial property in the Halkarni Industrial Area, Kolhapur (Maharashtra), acquired through a SARFAESI auction conducted by Union Bank of India.

The stock was trading at Rs. 497.10, up Rs. 1.05 or 0.21% from its previous close of Rs. 496.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 496.50 and touched a high of Rs. 497.15 and a low of Rs. 496.30, with 3,582 shares traded so far. The company’s market capitalisation stands at Rs. 1,106.51 crore.
The BSE group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 10, has recorded a 52-week high of Rs. 506.40 (on October 23, 2025) and a 52-week low of Rs. 355.00 (on August 11, 2025). Over the past week, the stock has traded between Rs. 502.10 and Rs. 490.75. The promoters hold 37.21%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors own 11.81% and 50.98%, respectively.
The newly acquired property covers around 8,000 square meters of land with 1,770.49 square meters of existing construction, offering significant scope for phased capacity expansion. Spread across about 2 acres, the new parcel is adjacent to KFL’s existing 5-acre MIDC land, bringing its total landholding in the Halkarni Industrial Area to approximately 7 acres.
Krishival Foods plans to utilize this expanded land bank to develop an integrated processing unit for its nuts division, as part of its long-term capacity expansion and value-added processing strategy. The increased industrial footprint is expected to enhance operational efficiencies, enable backward integration, and support new product innovations under the company’s packaged foods segment.
