New Delhi, November 4 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of RITES Ltd. gained over 1% on Monday after the company announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) worth ₹372.68 crore from the National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) for a major infrastructure project in Bengaluru.
The stock was trading at ₹251.05, up ₹3.20 or 1.29% from its previous close of ₹247.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹253.95 and touched an intraday high of ₹255.80 and a low of ₹250.30, with 44,718 shares traded so far. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹12,051.14 crore.
The BSE group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of ₹10, has recorded a 52-week high of ₹316.15 (on June 5, 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹192.30 (on March 3, 2025). Over the past week, it traded between ₹255.80 and ₹244.20. The promoters hold 72.20%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 12.18% and 15.62%, respectively.
According to the company, the contract has been awarded for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of a new Outpatient Department (OPD) building at the NIMHANS Bengaluru campus. The project, to be executed on a turnkey basis, carries an estimated value of ₹372.68 crore (excluding GST, including PMC fee) and is expected to be completed within 36 months.
