Udaipur, April 5 (Udaipur Kiran): To facilitate passengers during the summer vacation period, the Railways will run a specialtrain between Kanpur and Ahmedabad’s Asarwa via Udaipur from April 6 to July 14.
The train will operate once a week, departing from Kanpur Central every Monday and from Asarwa Junction every Tuesday. The rake composition includes 5 general coaches, 9 sleeper coaches, 2 third AC, 1 second AC, and 2 SLR coaches.
Train number 01905 will leave Kanpur Central at 8:15 AM every Monday and reach Udaipur at 11:45 PM, before arriving at Asarwa Junction in Ahmedabad at 5:45 AM on Tuesday.
Similarly, train number 01906 will depart from Asarwa Junction every Tuesday at 8:55 AM and reach Udaipur at 3:20 PM. After a halt of 10 minutes, it will depart at 3:30 PM and reach Kanpur Central at 7:00 AM on Wednesday.
En route, the train will halt at Etawah, Firozabad, Tundla Junction, Idgah (Agra), Fatehpur Sikri, Rupbas, Bayana Junction, Gangapur City, Sawai Madhopur, Keshorai Patan, Bundi, Mandalgarh, Chanderiya, Mavli Junction, Rana Pratapnagar, Udaipur City, Zawar Mines, Semari, Dungarpur, Shamlaji Road, and Himmatnagar stations.
