Udaipur, June 7, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): A book titled “Human Resource Management” authored by Dr. Sachin Gupta, Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, was formally released at a function held in Udaipur.
The book was unveiled by Om Prakash Mathur, Sanjay Sharma, Dr. Kailash Sodani, Higher Education Advisor to the Governor of Rajasthan, Tarachand Jain, and Prof. (Col.) Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, Vice-Chancellor of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Deemed-to-be University.
According to Dr. Gupta, the book has been specially designed to meet the academic requirements of B.Com., M.Com., MHRM and MBA students. It covers various dimensions of human resource management, modern managerial concepts, emerging trends and practical aspects in a simple and structured manner.
He said the objective of the book is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of fundamental and advanced concepts of human resource management while preparing them for contemporary business and managerial challenges.
The publication is expected to serve as a useful reference resource for students, researchers, teachers and management professionals and contribute significantly to teaching and learning in the field of commerce and management education.
