New Delhi, October 25 (Udaipur Kiran): The downward trend in gold and silver prices continued in the domestic bullion market, with gold registering its sixth consecutive day of decline. On Friday, gold prices dropped by ₹650 to ₹710 per 10 grams, while silver became cheaper by up to ₹4,000 per kilogram.
Due to this continuous fall, 24-carat gold is currently trading between ₹1,24,360 and ₹1,24,510 per 10 grams in most bullion markets across the country. Similarly, 22-carat gold is being sold between ₹1,13,990 and ₹1,14,140 per 10 grams. Silver prices have also seen a decline, with the metal trading at ₹1,54,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.
In Delhi, 24-carat gold is priced at ₹1,24,510 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is available at ₹1,14,140 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, 24-carat gold is selling at ₹1,24,360 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,13,990 per 10 grams. Ahmedabad recorded retail prices of ₹1,24,410 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and ₹1,14,040 per 10 grams for 22-carat gold.
In Chennai and Kolkata, 24-carat gold is trading at ₹1,24,360 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is priced at ₹1,13,990 per 10 grams. Lucknow markets reported 24-carat gold at ₹1,24,510 and 22-carat gold at ₹1,14,140 per 10 grams. In Patna, 24-carat gold stands at ₹1,24,410 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,14,040 per 10 grams. Similarly, Jaipur markets recorded 24-carat gold at ₹1,24,510 and 22-carat gold at ₹1,14,140 per 10 grams.
Other states such as Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha also witnessed a dip in gold prices. In the capitals Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, 24-carat gold is trading at ₹1,24,360 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is priced at ₹1,13,990 per 10 grams.
