Udaipur, February 23, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran) – GCA defeated Delhi Challengers by a narrow margin of three runs in a thrilling contest during PIMS Mewar Cup Season 4, jointly organised by Pacific Hospital, Vinay Cricket Club and Leela Foundation. Despite a brilliant century by IPL player Deepak Hooda, Delhi Challengers fell short of the target.

In the afternoon match, GCA posted a massive 242 for nine in 20 overs. Saurav Chauhan scored 63 off 26 balls, while Harshal smashed 64 off 20 deliveries. Ravi Bishnoi added a quick 18 off five balls. For Delhi Challengers, Prashant Bhati and Yash Chaudhary claimed three wickets each.
In reply, Delhi Challengers got off to a flying start. Deepak Hooda struck 102 runs off just 43 balls, hitting six sixes and 14 fours. However, despite his explosive knock, the team could not cross the finish line. Harshal picked up three wickets to restrict the opposition and secure victory for GCA.
Earlier in the morning match, Balaji Construction were bowled out for 110 in 18.1 overs. Chasing the target, Udaipur Lake City Warriors achieved the total in just 8.5 overs, losing four wickets. Mahipal Lomror played a blistering innings of 17 balls, smashing seven sixes and two fours to seal the win. Rahul Khandelwal took two wickets for Balaji Construction.
