Doctors Deployed During Wartime Emergency in Bikaner Receive Warm Welcome on Return to Udaipur

Udaipur, May 30: A team of doctors from Udaipur, who were deployed to Bikaner Medical College under emergency disaster management protocols during the recent war-like situation with Pakistan, were given a grand welcome upon their return.

Amid rising tensions and a near-war scenario with Pakistan in recent days, the Rajasthan government had dispatched an emergency medical response team from Udaipur to Bikaner to assist in any potential wartime casualties. The team promptly reported to duty at Bikaner Medical College and remained fully prepared to handle any emergency.

The team included Dr. M.P. Jain, Dr. Deepak Ameta, Dr. B.L. Meghwal, Dr. Nishant Dangi, Dr. Samay Singh, Dr. Mahendra Kumar, Dr. Rajeev Navaria, and Dr. Santosh Chaudhary.

Upon their return to Udaipur, the medical team was honored by local dignitaries and community members. Lok Sabha MP Mannalal Rawat, Rajesh Agrawal, Vice President of the Hotel Association and BJP leader, along with several party workers and social activists, extended their gratitude and appreciation to the doctors for their dedication and courage.

Speaking on the occasion, the doctors expressed pride in serving the nation during such a critical time. “Being sent to the border to assist in a wartime emergency was a moment of honor not just for us, but also for our families,” said members of the medical team. “We are always ready to serve the country, whenever called upon.”
