DCW soars on planning to raise Rs 80 crore on preferential basis

DCW is currently trading at Rs. 15.55, up by 0.20 points or 1.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 15.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 15.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 15.60 and Rs. 15.40 respectively. So far 5289 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 29.15 on 24-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.15 on 11-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 16.00 and Rs. 14.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 342.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.42%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.10% and 42.48% respectively.

DCW is planning to raise funds through issuance of equity shares/warrants on preferential basis to the Promoters, Promoter Group, Business Associates and Investors for an aggregate amount upto Rs 80 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on June 28, 2019 to consider the same.
